Specifically, Fairchild RMN provides hardware, AI software, managed services and the marketplace to activate Retail Center Media Networks for Malls, Shopping Centers, Lifestyle Centers, and Retailers.
Fairchild RMN has exclusive rights to develop the Ballast Network LDS product. Our services include Set-up Assessments, Design & Implementation, Advertising, RTB and CDP management, Systems management, and Location Data & AI Systems Consulting.
Our solutions deliver two main benefits:
Profits: $1 million per 10 million qualified visitors via Retail Center Media Network messaging. Using square footage as a metric, we typically project $2 per sq foot per year in Profits.
Insights that help Retail Center Tenants Delight Shoppers: Real-time 5G Cell Phone heat map data about traffic inside a retail center, and visitor dwell times, among other capabilities.
Our data can feed into current data platforms such as Placer.ai, CoStar and PowerBI. This proprietary information allows us to tell you what is happening INSIDE the Retail Center to
Fairchild RMN pays the owners of high-quality Malls & Shopping Centers for rights to broadcast content to their audiences. Fairchild typically pays $1 million for every 10 million visitors.
To qualify, Mall & Lifestyle Centers must apply to receive certification of audience quality.
We are installing a long-term Retail Center Media Network in shopping throughout the US.
We can install our digital screen and blade servers in a wide range of locations in the mall including from the ceiling or on signposts. We sell ads with the mall’s approval on the white-listed and block-listed advertisers who are often the mall tenants. We are hyper brand safe and privacy compliant with ads only serving to opt-in users in the app. We use a brand new virtual 5G phone service that works with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile and provides you with free footfall heatmap data to use as you like. This technology was approved by the FCC with the carriers in June 2023. We have wide flexibility on how to structure lease terms. We have a Software Development Kit (SDK) to integrate into other apps including the malls app for cross-promotion or “way-finding” to stores that are running promotions in the app.
Fairchild has developed a new way to capture and decode location data from mobile devices, specifically cell phones. The VnuAITM product suite is centered on our proprietary ability to capture cell phone data. This allows Fairchild to provide unique insights. Additionally, we own and operate a location data marketplace. This allows us to deliver $2/sq ft/year AFTER costs. Together, Fairchild’s products and services unlock and monetize an asset that few in the industry can – the data from all the individuals transiting through and around a Mall or Lifestyle Center.
